The same is the case for me. I have a single JIRA cloud but two PagerDuty clouds. Can I make this combination work?

Hi Smita and all,

As a small update here, with our new v4 of the Jira Server extension, you can connect multiple JIRA instances to a single PagerDuty account. This is still not the case with our JIRA Cloud extension, however.

We aren’t able to speak to our roadmap or if it may become possible to connect multiple PD accounts to a single JIRA account, but please know that we have relayed this feedback to our Product Team for you all
